Chyla is a seasoned makeup artist with over 15 years of experience creating beauty across fashion, film, television, and editorial. Her signature style combines precision, creativity, and a deep understanding of skin and technique—making her a go-to artist for both clients and brands alike.

Originally from the Philippines, Chyla has worked with global beauty names like NYX Professional Makeup, where she served as Chief Makeup Artist in 2018. Since moving to New York, she has collaborated with top-tier brands including Shiseido, Peace Out Skincare, Michael Kors, BCBG, and London Fog. She’s also been a key artist backstage at New York Fashion Week, leading teams for multiple seasons and helping bring designers’ visions to life.

Beyond the brush, Chyla is a dedicated educator and one of the lead instructors at New York Makeup Academy, the city’s premier school for aspiring makeup professionals. Whether working on set or in the classroom, she brings passion, expertise, and a love for empowering others through beauty.
